Exchange & store credit in form of a gift voucher may be possible after approval from our customer service department.
If your return & refund is approved by our customer service department you will receive a gift voucher to use on our website to the value of the returned item exclusive of shipping costs.
We will be happy to offer store credit in the form of a gift voucher, exchange or replacement within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Any products that are not sealed with cellophane plastic will not be eligible for return.
